TURN IT UP TO 99

Truth bomb: there are only a handful of things I love more than that Kentucky spirit. Liquid gold. Whiskey aged to perfection in charred barrels that hits the palette with all those rich flavors of oak, caramel, vanilla and chocolate. Yummmm-O.
This campaign started with a motion piece, then was expanded to still photography for out-of-home and social placements. Using the motion piece as inspiration for mood/styling/color palette we created hero bottle assets that then could be strategically placed into a handful of other stylized environments. Utilizing a hero bottle asset leverages efficiencies and keeps costs within budget.

time to shine
The approach we pitched was to shoot a hero bottle against a white and black background for POS placements and then double-dip that retouched hero into the additional scenarios of liquids.
Starting with a blank bottle, we added flat labels at the correct rotation to line up with the embossing in the bottle. Then with the power of Photoshop we are able to build in transparency that gives the illusion of the bottle sitting against the liquid backgrounds. Sneaky way to maximize resources and budget? Sure. Effective? Oh yeah.

Splishy Splashy
How we did it?
We blasted it with sound, dropped it like it's hot, shook it, sprayed it, and even roped everyone on set (clients included) and danced to our favorite soundtrack to create many, many different styles of rippled texture for these images. Sometimes all it calls for is a touch of practical effects. All the different methods gave us a ton of interesting options.
Work with a side of workout…. stay frosty on set friends.
